For the second type, which is liver and kidney deficiency, cook eggs with Chuanxiong and Salvia miltiorrhiza. Add water and cook until the eggs are cooked, peel them and continue cooking for a while. Eating the eggs and drinking the soup can effectively treat dysmenorrhea in women with liver and kidney deficiency. The third type is cold stagnation and blood stasis, ginger and brown sugar water: ginger, appropriate amount of brown sugar, brew with boiling water and drink as tea. Ginger has the effect of dispelling cold, so it can be effectively used for women with cold and blood stasis. The fourth type of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type, boil eggs with motherwort: add motherwort and two eggs into water and cook until the eggs are cooked. Then cook for a while and eat the eggs and drink the soup. Motherwort is one of the best medicines for treating dysmenorrhea in women. Therefore, it has a very good effect on women with dysmenorrhea caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis.
