Common causes include: myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction, myocardial fibrosis; vitamin B1 deficiency, hypoxia, ischemia; aortic valve insufficiency, ventricular septal defect, hyperthyroidism, chronic anemia; hypertension, aortic valve stenosis, etc.

If the condition continues to develop, it will lead to systolic heart failure, also known as heart failure. Go to the hospital for an echocardiogram. Identify the cause of decreased left ventricular systolic function. Then treat the cause. Prevent further decline in heart function.
