2. Muscle-regulating therapy and muscle-moving therapy. The liver governs the tendons and opens up to the eyes. This theory holds that the misalignment of the mammary lobules is caused by the tension or twisting of the tendons, which leads to the formation of lumps. The problem can be solved by straightening the tendons or by stimulating their contraction or release through acupressure.

3. Acupoint therapy. This is the one that most training units teach the most and is also the most commonly used one. The principle of this method is to observe the location of the lump, determine which meridian has a problem, and then press and knead it effectively. Through strong stimulation of acupoints, the purpose of unblocking meridians can be achieved, thus solving the problem.

4. Acupuncture therapy. In fact, acupuncture and moxibustion are two methods, one is acupuncture and the other is moxibustion, and they are applicable in different occasions and degrees.
