Naturally, immunity will decrease, and it will be much easier for other diseases to invade. Lymph is an important line of defense for our body. This lymphoma is a difficult disease, but there is hope that it can be cured.

Lymphoma is caused by radioactive substances, chemicals, and decreased immunity. The cause is complex and there are many treatment methods that vary from person to person. But before that, we should focus on the precautions for lymphoma so that we can be adequately prepared.

1. Diet of lymphoma patients: During and after chemotherapy, patients often experience increased protein consumption and negative nitrogen in the body. At this time, sufficient protein should be supplied to maintain the body's nitrogen balance. In your daily diet, consume more high-quality protein foods, such as eggs, milk, yogurt, fish, shrimp, poultry, soy products, etc., and eat them alternately for three meals a day. Eggs and milk are rich in protein and are the main sources of protein; yogurt can supplement protein and aid digestion. In addition, you should eat an appropriate amount of staple foods such as rice, noodles and whole grains to supplement calories.

2. Lymphoma patients should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C. Such as rapeseed, fresh Chinese mustard greens, Chinese cabbage, tomatoes, hawthorn, red dates, lemon, white radish, kiwi fruit, etc. Experiments have shown that eating more vegetables and fruits containing vitamin C can help prevent and treat cancer.

3. The diet of lymphoma patients should include foods rich in vitamin A. Such as egg yolks, animal livers (pig, lamb, chicken, etc.), carrots, lettuce leaves, rapeseed, sweet potatoes, etc. The main function of vitamin A is to maintain the normal structure of epithelial tissue, stimulate the body's immune system, mobilize the body's anti-cancer enthusiasm, and resist the invasion of pathogenic substances into the body.

4. Choose more foods that enhance immune function. Such as coix seed, shiitake mushroom, mushroom, yam, jujube, longan, wolfberry, lotus seeds, black fungus, white fungus, etc. These foods can enhance the anti-cancer activity of lymphocytes and macrophages and have an indirect anti-cancer effect.

5. Choose foods with anti-tumor effects. Such foods as selfheal, sweet potato, shepherd's purse, corn, day lily, turtle, coix seed, trillium, kiwi fruit, etc. These foods contain certain anti-cancer ingredients.

6. Avoid eating foods that are difficult to digest and irritating. Avoid eating fried, deep-fried foods and spicy foods. It is better to use steaming, boiling, braising and stewing methods to facilitate digestion and absorption. Avoid alcohol.

Regarding the precautions for lymphoma, most of them are about diet, so you can try to eat more of the foods that are recommended to be eaten more, but it still depends on the actual situation. It is better to avoid taboo foods to avoid unnecessary trouble. This will also help prevent the disease from worsening and alleviate the condition.
