Symptoms of anxiety disorders

In modern society, I believe that everyone will inevitably develop anxiety, but as time goes by, after inner self-adjustment, this negative emotion will gradually disappear. However, it is different for friends who suffer from anxiety disorders. Instead, they will develop persistent anxiety and infinitely magnified fear. The ultimate reason is that this disease is a huge survival pressure that everyone needs to face in this "era of multiple diseases".

In recent years, as the number of anxiety disorders continues to increase, people's attitude towards this mental illness has naturally transitioned from being unfamiliar and fearful to accepting it. Only by understanding the various manifestations of anxiety can we know ourselves and our enemy and overcome this mental illness that has a significant impact on our physical and mental health.

1. Over-vigilance: Anxiety patients are always in a state of alertness, and are wary of their surroundings because they feel that these factors will affect them and even their sleep.

2. Emotional impact: People with anxiety disorders always feel that they are in a tense, uneasy, or frightening environment. They don’t know what they are worried about, and cannot accurately explain the reasons for their worries. Therefore, they are very anxious.

3. People with anxiety disorders often have inexplicable worries. They are always worried about their future. They worry about what will happen to them in the future, their families, their health, their property, etc.

4. Physical symptoms: The patient's tension is often related to autonomic nervous function and hyperthyroidism, such as palpitations, shortness of breath, dry mouth, sweating, trembling, flushed face, etc.; he feels very bad and thinks he will die. In severe cases, he may lose control.

Because each patient is different, the symptoms they present are also different. If the disease is not discovered in time or the symptoms are not obvious enough and are not taken seriously, it will often lead to very serious consequences. Therefore, when you find a trend in this regard, you must consult a psychologist in time or go to a relevant hospital for diagnosis and treatment to prevent further development of the disease.
