Some different physical therapy methods can help you learn how to move properly to prevent pain attacks, and you can discuss treatment methods with a trained therapist.

2. Massage with ice packs: Massage with ice packs can interrupt the conduction of signals along the nerve pathways and replace them with temperature signals, thereby relieving pain.

Press hard 3-5 times for 1 minute, and then repeat the press on the other side. Pressing the Waiguan point can help relieve pain in the upper body.
