High triglycerides

High triglycerides

Diseases are very common, and there are many types of common diseases. For the treatment of some diseases, good treatment methods are needed. High triglycerides are a disease that is very harmful to human health. After such a disease occurs, it must be treated in time, otherwise it will cause a variety of diseases. Moreover, the degree of this type of disease is different, and the choice of treatment method is also different. This should be noted.

For the treatment of this type of disease, medicine is the best choice. What are the symptoms of high triglycerides? Many people don’t know much about high triglycerides, so when the disease occurs, they don’t know what symptoms it has.

Related symptoms

For example, dizziness may be one of the manifestations of cerebral atherosclerosis, chest tightness may be due to insufficient blood supply to the heart, and sclerosis of small arteries throughout the body can cause high blood pressure. These symptoms of high triglycerides are often confused with symptoms of other diseases, so high triglycerides cannot be diagnosed by symptoms alone.

Mild to moderate: As a type of hyperlipidemia, the main harm of high triglycerides to the human body is to cause atherosclerosis, blood vessel blockage and thrombosis; and people have no obvious feeling during the development of atherosclerosis. However, once arteriosclerosis develops to the point of blood vessel blockage and blood clot formation, it can be fatal to humans. Therefore, in mild and moderate stages, the symptoms of high triglycerides are not obvious, and the patient may not feel anything at all, and the condition is only discovered accidentally during a physical examination.

Severe: The severe here is relative to mild to moderate. When the symptoms of high triglycerides gradually appear, it may have developed to the point where the blood vessels are blocked and narrowed, affecting the body's blood supply and insufficient blood supply inside the body. Therefore, at this time, high triglycerides have reached a more serious level.

Triglyceride Type

The ATPII report divides triglyceride levels into four levels: normal level, below 2.3 mmol/L; borderline high level, 2.3-4.5 mmol/L; high level, 4.5-11.3 mmol/L; and extremely high level, over 11.3 mmol/L. Patients with borderline high and high triglyceride levels often have lipid disorders that increase the risk of coronary heart disease, such as familial combined hyperlipidemia and diabetic dyslipidemia. Patients with triglyceride levels exceeding 11.3 mmol/L have a significantly increased risk of acute pancreatitis.

The normal blood lipid level of Chinese people is lower than that of European and American people of corresponding age and gender. The ideal serum triglyceride level is 0.34-1.7 mmol/L. A serum triglyceride level >1.7 mmol/L is considered high blood triglyceride level.

Through the above introduction, we have a good understanding of the symptoms of high triglycerides. Therefore, after the occurrence of such a disease, it must be treated in time, otherwise it will cause great damage to your health. To avoid the occurrence of the disease, you must have a good living habit, and in terms of diet, it is also best to have a reasonable combination.
