What is Psoriasis

What is Psoriasis

What causes psoriasis? How to treat it? These are questions that many patients want to know very much. Moreover, according to experts, because the causes of psoriasis are relatively complex, many patients cannot find the causative factors after becoming ill, which makes it more difficult to treat. For people, only by understanding what psoriasis is can they protect their health.

In fact, the so-called psoriasis is what people usually call psoriasis. Generally, after the onset of the disease, patients should not only pay attention to active treatment, but also need to pay attention to many things in daily life, so as to ensure that psoriasis will not recur and let patients get rid of the troubles of psoriasis.

Although psoriasis is a common chronic skin disease, the cause of psoriasis not only involves blood, but also has a close connection with the internal organs of the human body. Psoriasis is a disease caused by the imbalance of the functions of internal organs, which manifests pathologically on the skin.

Psoriasis is a chronic disease characterized by localized scaly and thickened skin, usually on the limbs, trunk, or scalp. Children are generally more susceptible to this disease when they are over 10 years old. The rash is usually not itchy, but it is uncomfortable and your child may be bothered by the appearance of his skin. Psoriasis fluctuates in severity and may be more severe during illness or when you are under emotional stress, such as when you are facing an exam.

Psoriasis is characterized by the recurrence of multiple layers of silvery-white dry scales on erythema. In ancient Chinese medicine, it was called "white psoriasis", and ancient medical books also called it pine skin ringworm. Western medicine calls it psoriasis, commonly known as psoriasis, which is characterized by the appearance of papules of varying sizes, erythema, covered with silvery-white scales on the surface, with clear boundaries, and is prone to occur on the scalp, extensor sides of the limbs and back. There are more men than women. The disease tends to relapse or worsen in spring and winter, while it tends to improve in summer and autumn.

Now we know what psoriasis is, but there is a very strange phenomenon now. Patients are more dependent on some so-called folk remedies for treating psoriasis, believing that these remedies can cure their disease, and thus miss the best time to treat psoriasis. Here I would like to remind all my friends that although psoriasis is difficult to treat, you will only be able to recover if you receive treatment in a regular hospital!
