How to deal with itchy skin

What should I do if my skin is itchy? For people who often suffer from itchy skin, they must want to know the answer to this question. In fact, although itchy skin is not a serious disease, if the symptoms of itching are severe, it can make people feel very uncomfortable. If you accidentally scratch your skin, it may even cause inflammation. Therefore, itchy skin cannot be ignored.

However, to solve the problem of itchy skin, we must first look at the patient and the reason for this situation. If it is seasonal skin itching, it can generally be solved by conditioning and paying attention to hydration, especially in winter, when itchy skin is more common.

1. Work hard on your diet

If you want to have supple skin, you should first work on your diet and drink plenty of warm or cool boiled water of good quality.

Modern people eat a lot of dehydrated and processed refined foods for the sake of convenience, which will directly affect the absorption of water, causing the body to gradually become dehydrated and the skin to lose its luster. They should eat less spicy foods, beef, mutton, onions, garlic and other irritating foods. Tomatoes can help with digestion and anti-aging; carrots can relieve dry skin.

2. Use olive oil as skin care products

Vitamins A, D and E in olive oil have a good therapeutic effect on dry and allergic skin. Using sugar cubes to moisturize the skin is a "secret recipe" of the older generation. Dissolve a sugar cube in a basin of hot water and then rub it on your body. It has a very good skin care effect.

3. Don’t take too many showers

About twice a week is enough. The bath water should not be too hot, the bath time should not be too long, and you don’t need to use too much soap. When bathing, you should choose a neutral or weakly acidic shower gel that does not contain chemical irritants such as fragrances, preservatives, soap bases, etc.

4. Keep a happy mood:

Excessive mental stress can also cause the skin to become too dry, red and itchy. Experts suggest that in autumn and winter, we should learn to adjust our mood, stay relaxed and happy, and take life easier, which will help the skin repair itself.

Now you should know what to do if your skin is itchy. If you have itchy skin in autumn and winter, you might as well use the above methods to take care of it. I believe that the problem can be solved. In addition, if the itching of the skin is unbearable, you can apply anti-itching drugs. Remember not to scratch too hard to cause skin scratches.
