Among the distant metastases of many malignant tumors in internal organs, bone metastasis ranks first. Among female bone metastases, 70% are from breast cancer, and the remaining 30% are from kidney cancer, thyroid cancer and other tumors; among male bone metastases, prostate cancer and lung cancer account for 80%. The overall prognosis of bone malignancies is poor. The natural survival period after diagnosis without treatment is several months to 1 year.
