3. Stir-fry 35 grams of Eucommia ulmoides, chop it into pieces, and soak it in 500 ml of rice wine. After a week, take it 3 times a day, 2-3 spoons each time. It can cure back pain caused by fatigue and long-term sitting.

4. Stir-fry 15 grams of Eucommia ulmoides, 5 grams of Sichuan costusroot, and 15 grams of star anise, add 200 ml of water and half a cup of wine, boil and drink (the residue can be boiled again), which can cure low back pain.

5. Stir-fry 200 grams of Eucommia ulmoides, 100 grams of fennel, 25 grams of Plantago seeds, and 150 grams of Cornus officinalis. Grind them into powder and make them into Lianmi Pills. Take 25 grams every morning with boiled water. It can cure residual urine and itchy scrotum.
