1. Anal contraction exercise

Lying flat or standing straight, unbuttoning the whole body, breathing naturally. When exhaling, do the anal contraction exercise when defecating, and relax when inhaling, and repeat about 30 times. It can be carried out in the morning and evening. Anal contraction increases blood circulation around the pelvic cavity and is effective in preventing low libido in women caused by kidney deficiency.

2. Kidney-strengthening exercises

① Place your feet side by side, with feet as wide as shoulders. The arms are naturally hanging down, the palms are placed on the trouser seams, the fingers are naturally spread out, and the heels are raised. Continue to gasp for 9 times without dropping to the ground.

3. Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a slow warm-up exercise with the waist as the core, which is very suitable for middle-aged and elderly people with weak physique. The kidneys are located in the waist. Frequent movement of the waist can make the Qi and blood in the waist circulate smoothly, so that the kidney Qi can be continuously nourished.
