Prevention: Since the exact cause of malignant lymphoma is still unclear, it is difficult to take active and effective measures to prevent its occurrence. Clinically, appropriate prevention can be given to high-risk groups based on current research results on the causes of malignant lymphoma, which may help delay or block the occurrence of the disease. For patients who achieve complete remission after treatment, if active preventive or therapeutic measures are given, it is possible to prolong the remission period or even prevent recurrence.

1. Radiotherapy: (1) HD IA and IA can be treated with subtotal lymph field irradiation alone. (2) For low-grade IA and IA NHL, chemotherapy should be added after radiotherapy (one month).

2. Chemotherapy: (1) Chemotherapy is suitable for HD stage IIIB to V cases. Combined chemotherapy regimen MOPP for 6 courses can achieve a complete remission rate of 60-80%. One-half to one-third of cases maintain long-term remission, some for up to 15 years. (2) Low-grade and moderate NHL stage III and VI, and highly malignant stage I to IV, are all suitable for chemotherapy, and regional radiotherapy can be performed as appropriate after the tumor is relieved.

3. Surgical treatment: Patients with the following conditions can undergo radical surgery, followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy: ① localized extranodal lesions on the body surface; ② gastrointestinal lymphoma; ③ genitourinary lymphoma; ④ lymphoma originating in the spleen.

The above is an introduction to the treatment methods of lymphoma. When you encounter this disease, you must actively accept the doctor's examination and treatment, otherwise it will become a threat to your life and health. Therefore, I hope that after understanding the above treatment methods, you can pay more attention to the treatment and prevention of these diseases.
