What should we do when blisters appear on our fingers?

In life, there will always be some bumps and bruises that either make us laugh it off helplessly or make us sad, and some small bumps will leave a mark somewhere on our body, proving that it really existed. Our fingers often develop blisters of varying sizes during a certain period of time or in a certain environment. So, what should we do when blisters appear on our hands?

Symptoms of blisters on fingers:

Small red blisters appear on the skin of the fingers and palms, which are a bit densely packed. Some people get more blisters when rubbing their hands with hot water, and they are extremely itchy. In severe cases, the hands may become cracked or oozing.

Causes of blisters on fingers:

Blisters on the hands are actually an allergic disease, medically known as "dyshidrosis", which is an acute blister-type hand eczema. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the patient's spleen is weak for a long time and cannot eliminate dampness, which generates heat over time. When this dampness accumulates to a certain level, once it is induced by other factors such as temperature, diet, and psychology, pityriasis versicolor will break out. Another common cause of blisters on the hands is long-term contact dermatitis.

Notice:

Blisters on the hands are more likely to occur in late adolescence and young and middle-aged people. The typical symptoms are an itchy sensation on the sides of the fingers, palms or soles, followed by blisters in the deeper layers of the skin. The blisters may be more or less and may sometimes merge into a large area. The itching gradually intensifies and may even cause a tingling sensation. After the blisters dry up, peeling will occur, and the itching will gradually subside. The whole process will last about two to three weeks. However, because symptoms tend to recur, the cycle often continues for a long time.

How to treat blisters on fingers:

1. First, puncture all the blisters and dry them with a tissue. Be sure not to let the water from the blisters get to other places, otherwise blisters will appear in other places as well.

2. Use tincture of iodine to rub the squeezed blisters on your fingers. Be sure to rub it more and rub it again after it dries. There will be no blisters the next day and the skin will fall off.

No matter what the weather or living environment is, we should put our personal health and hygiene first. It is not without reason that "the body is the most important capital of all revolutions." We need to give ourselves certain care and maintenance in different time periods and according to our own circumstances, using different methods. Because our body belongs to ourselves and we are responsible for our own health.
