Treatment and care of blister-type athlete's foot

I often hear male friends say that they are embarrassed by their smelly feet. It is also embarrassing to change into slippers when visiting a friend's house because the smell comes as soon as the slippers are on. Normally, wearing insoles for sweaty feet can reduce the smell, but recently I have developed athlete's foot. It seems that all the problems come from the same place. What is the treatment and care for blister-type athlete's foot?

1. Avoid cola drinks, cereals, processed foods, sugar and other foods in your diet. You should eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, baked fish and baked chicken (without the skin). Do not eat fried or greasy food.

2. Foot hygiene: Cut the raw garlic into small pieces and put them in your shoes and wear them for a few days. The garlic will be absorbed into the skin. Wear cotton, moisture-wicking socks. Allow your shoes to air out and change your socks daily.

3. Foot care: Limb Qi may cause symptoms such as skin cracking, pus discharge, and intermittent burning sensation. At this time, do not cover your feet with anything and give your feet sufficient rest. While this inflammation itself is not dangerous, it can worsen and lead to a bacterial infection if left untreated.

4. Soak in saline solution: Add 2 teaspoons of salt to every 47 ml of warm water. Soak your feet in this mixture for 5-10 minutes at a time. Repeat until the condition improves. The saline solution helps provide an environment that is not suitable for mold growth and reduces excessive sweating.

5. Apply medicine to the affected area. After soaking it in saline, use the purchased Parkandang Foot Cleansing Ointment to gently apply it to the infected area, 2-3 times a day, and gently rub the medicine in. In life, quite a number of people believe that athlete's foot is a minor problem that does not affect daily life, is no big deal, and does not matter whether it is treated or not. In fact, this idea is completely wrong. Athlete's foot not only affects daily life, but also personal image. It is easily transmitted to other parts of the body and to family members. In severe cases, it can lead to secondary infections. Among them, cutting off the transmission channels is the key.

We know that foot odor is not contagious, but it just causes some troubles to people around you including yourself because of the smell. However, athlete's foot is different. Athlete's foot is more serious than foot odor. It not only affects your image in the minds of people around you, but if friends and family members wear your shoes, it will also be transmitted through your shoes. Therefore, athlete's foot must be treated and should not be underestimated.
