Will eating “grass” make your breasts softer? An old Chinese doctor teaches you how to detoxify

Dandelions can give your life and a fresh force in spring. Because of their bitterness, you can taste more sweetness! Although it is the most inconspicuous dandelion, this is the same principle as life.

Dandelions are a great remedy for sore throats.

As both are grasses, dandelions have a "grassroots" image and pale in comparison to "cordyceps".

Although the latter can improve immunity, it is powerless against sore throat and tonsillitis, and will even aggravate the symptoms. At this time, dandelion is the only "rescuer".

Once, a friend who was fed with bird's nest and shark's fin every day called me in a hurry from the pharmacy and asked, "Doctor Liu, my throat hurts so much today that I can't speak. What imported medicine can cure it immediately?"

I asked him about the cause and symptoms of his illness, and then told him to go to the Chinese medicine counter upstairs and buy one or two dandelions for one dollar. Go home and boil it as tea, drink it all day long, and pay attention to your diet, drink some light liquid food like lotus leaf porridge, and you will see the effect in the evening.

In fact, dandelion is the most suitable natural antibiotic for sore throat. Why do we have to take imported anti-inflammatory drugs with side effects?

He thought it was incredible that one dollar could cure his severe sore throat! He insisted on making a bet with me, saying that if the condition didn't improve by the evening, I would lose and would have to treat him to a meal.

As a result, at 10 o'clock in the evening, he called and said that he would treat me to the best seafood in a few days, and he was absolutely willing to do so because his voice was really better.

I used one dollar's worth of dandelion to cure countless adults with "burning throats". I also used this simple, mild, and side-effect-free dandelion to save many children who relied on penicillin injections to treat tonsillitis, thus saving them from the fate of having their tonsils, the first line of defense of the body's immune system, removed.

Here, I would like to thank a family of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in Xi'an. It was they who told me that dandelion is a good remedy for treating tonsillitis in children.

Dandelion works wonders for chronic diseases.

For women, dandelions are also their benefactors. I often suggest my female guests to eat more fresh dandelions from spring to summer. Why?

Because dandelions open the liver meridian, remove heat and reduce inflammation, eighty to ninety percent of women now suffer from breast hyperplasia, and the main cause is liver depression. If you do as I say and eat cold-boiled dandelions for six months, by autumn, most people's breasts will be much softer.

If you get mastitis during confinement, and happen to be able to buy fresh dandelions, it will be very effective to mash them and apply them on the affected area.

I have a female classmate who returned from Canada as an overseas student. However, she was exhausted and developed nephritis in less than three years. I advised her to return to Canada to recuperate for a while, and gave her a box of wild dandelion roots so that she could boil water to drink every day.

Half a year later, she sent me an email to let me know that all her indicators were back to normal and asked me to rest assured. He also told me that in Canada, dandelion is officially registered as a herb with diuretic effects and can be purchased, so there is no need to bother shipping it from China.

Let me explain here. Dandelion is good for relieving stranguria and detoxification. Women who drink less water in the summer are most likely to suffer from urethritis. Buy one or two ounces quickly, boil some water, drink a large pot of it, and you will feel better soon.

People with chronic hepatitis account for a considerable proportion in China, and the chance of developing liver cancer is also quite high. If dandelion tea from plants that are more than three years old is taken, the effect of auxiliary treatment is still very good.

Dandelions in spring have the highest therapeutic value.

Dandelions are the most beautiful in spring. What I mean here is not that their beauty is the most attractive in spring, but their scent.

If you want to taste its flavor and obtain its therapeutic energy of fighting cancer, clearing heat and reducing inflammation, it is best to pick it in early spring between April and May, before the dandelions bloom. In other words, don't wait until it becomes mature before picking it.

Fresh dandelions are the living colors of spring, so there are many delicious ways to eat them for us to enjoy.

On the farm table, dandelions are usually blanched in water to remove the bitterness, then mixed with minced garlic, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, and salt before being served. At this time, the dandelions are fragrant and pleasant, and very effective in removing heat. After eating them, you will feel a lot more refreshed inside your body.

If you usually have yin deficiency and excessive fire, you should eat more dandelions in spring.

However, people with weak bodies and deficient yang cannot tolerate dandelions because they are cold and bitter yin foods.

Even if you like the bitter taste, you should not eat too much. 50 grams a day is enough! You can also use dandelion to make egg drop soup, which is also a dietary therapy for clearing away internal heat.

Of course, all wild vegetables can be used as stuffing, and dandelions are no exception. However, blanching and then chopping is not scientific from a nutritional point of view, because the high-value ingredients may escape when the cell walls are broken.

Only the simplest and most natural way of eating can best preserve the nutrients of dandelions, that is - wash and rinse, then eat directly with sauce!

For breakfast or dinner in spring, eat some porridge that warms the kidneys and strengthens yang, strengthens the spleen and stomach, and nourishes qi and blood, such as chicken liver and glutinous rice porridge, leek and glutinous rice porridge, and pork liver and glutinous rice porridge. Add dandelion powder to it, and it will be a very good therapeutic porridge. If you stir-fry shredded pork with dandelion and eat a bowl of fragrant rice, it will be an excellent match!
