3. Blood heat and intestinal dryness syndrome:

Symptoms: Defecation is frequent every two to three days, the stool is hard and dry, there is pain in the anus during defecation, blood drips during defecation or toilet paper is stained with blood, and the tear is red; the abdomen is bloated, the urine is yellow; the tongue is reddish, and the pulse is stringy and rapid.

Treatment method: Clear away heat, moisten the intestines and promote bowel movements.

Prescription: Liangxue Dihuang Decoction combined with Piyue Ma Ren Pills.

(2) External treatment:

1. Chronic anal fissure: Apply corrosive drugs such as Qisandan or Kuzhisan to the fissure. After 2-3 days, use Shengji Baiyu Gao or Shengjisan to close the fissure. Or apply 5% carbolic acid glycerin to the affected area, and then wipe it off with 75% ethanol.

2. Early anal fissure: Dip Shengji Yuhong ointment in Shengji powder and apply it to the fissure, 1 to 2 times a day. After defecation every day, you can take a sitz bath in 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution. You can also take a sitz bath in Sophora flavescens decoction or pepper and salt water. It can promote blood circulation, keep local area clean and reduce irritation.
