Judging the color of the back after scraping: judging health from different colors

In traditional Chinese medicine, in addition to massage, acupuncture, there is also scraping. Scraping is relatively less common than the previous ones. So what disease does the color of scraping reflect?

Diseases reflected by scraping color

Bright red sha: Bright red sha represents the body's yang deficiency and excessive fire;

Light blue and purple sha: Light blue with purple patches indicates that the body is weak in qi and has more serious blood stasis;

Purple-black and dark sha: Purple-black and dark sha indicates severe blood stasis in the body and chills;

Purple-blue sha: Purple-blue sha reflects heavy cold and dampness in the body;

Purple sha: Purple sha reflects that the body is suffering from eczema;

Purple-red sha: Purple-red sha reflects the serious dampness and heat in the body;

Warm purple sha: Warm purple sha reflects coldness in the heart, especially when there is a large area of ​​warm purple sha;

The shape of the sha reflects the extent to which the toxins have penetrated into the bones

If light red or red sha spots appear after scraping and they are basically the same level as other parts of the skin, it means that the body is very healthy. This microcirculation disorder can be healed through the body's self-regulation.

Mild sha

If after scraping, light red, densely packed red patches with a diameter of about 1/2 cm not higher than the skin appear, it means that the body is in a sub-healthy state, the meridians are in a state of mild hypoxia, and the human body has no conscious symptoms.

Moderate sha

If after scraping, there are multiple purple-red or blue sha spots with a diameter greater than 2 cm, or they are higher than the skin or at the same level as the skin, it means that the body has a visible disease state and the meridians have been in a state of hypoxia for a long time.

Severe sha symptoms
