Low lymphocyte percentage

Low lymphocyte percentage

Lymphocytes can mainly regulate some other types of disease lymphocytes. They are a kind of white blood cells and mainly, in daily life, they can mainly perform some specific cellular immunity, humoral immunity, and the killing effect on tumor cells and virus-infected cells, and the activation of heterosexual immunity. They have relatively many main clinical functions and their clinical significance in daily life is very important.

Medicine is also very critical to the percentage of lymphocytes. The percentage of lymphocytes is mainly based on some other normal conditions on the cell membrane. The proportion is generally between 20% and 30%. The detection of lymphocytes is mainly written in clinical practice.

Peripheral blood smear, after Wright staining to observe its morphology, white blood cells can be divided into five types, namely neutrophils, eosinophils, alkaliphils, lymphocytes and monocytes. The lymphocyte ratio is the percentage of this type of cells in the total white blood cell count.

Under normal physiological conditions, the lymphocyte ratio is 20%-30%. Lymphocyte detection belongs to the category of routine clinical blood tests. The morphology and ratio of lymphocytes can be observed by detecting, counting and classifying white blood cells.

Properties 1) Increase in lymphocytes (lymphocytosis): Mainly seen in infectious diseases, and mainly viral infections, such as measles, chickenpox, mumps, viral hepatitis, hemorrhagic fever, and can also be seen in whooping cough, tuberculosis, brucellosis, syphilis, etc. In addition, lymphocytosis may also occur in neoplastic diseases (leukemia, lymphoma), during the recovery period of acute infectious diseases, and after organ transplantation. 2) Lymphocytopenia: It is mainly seen in the treatment of adrenocortical hormones, alkylating agents, antilymphocyte globulin, as well as radiation damage, immunodeficiency disease, and immunoglobulin deficiency.

The above is the phenomenon of low percentage of lymphocytes. Within the scope, the reduction will lead to some online corticosteroids, some anti-lymphocyte globulins and radiation clues defects. At the same time, some other diseases in daily life will cause some deviations in lymphocyte percentage, so it is still necessary to carry out treatment and diagnosis in a timely manner in daily life.
