What to do if external hemorrhoids bleed? How to treat hemorrhoid bleeding

Hemorrhoids are a relatively common disease. When hemorrhoids occur, people often feel uneasy and have symptoms such as dry stools, pain and bleeding after defecation. If there is pain and blood in the stool during defecation, it is external hemorrhoids. Although bleeding hemorrhoids may look scary, they can be cured quickly with proper treatment.

1: What to do if external hemorrhoids bleed

1: Keep bowel movements smooth and develop a habit of daily bowel movements. Hemorrhoid bleeding is mostly caused by constipation. Straining during defecation increases abdominal pressure, causing increased pressure in the hemorrhoidal veins and rupture and bleeding. Other causes are dry and hard stools, which rub the hemorrhoidal veins when passing through the anus, causing bleeding. Eating more vegetables and drinking more water can prevent constipation. For those who have already suffered from constipation, eating more honey or sesame oil can help moisten the intestines and promote bowel movements. Regular bowel movements and eating less spicy foods can help reduce hemorrhoidal bleeding.

2: Prevent anal infection and strengthen exercise. Ruptured hemorrhoids are easily contaminated by stool and become inflamed. Therefore, for those who have already developed hemorrhoid bleeding, it is necessary to strengthen anti-inflammatory measures. You can use 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution (that is, put 1 gram of potassium permanganate in 5000 ml of warm water to make the solution light purple-red) to soak the anus 2-3 times a day; you can also use Mayinglong Hemorrhoid Ointment to inject into the anus, which has the effects of laxative, anti-inflammatory and hemostatic. In addition, increased exercise can improve blood circulation and reduce pressure on the hemorrhoidal veins. In addition, you can kneel on the bed every day, take the chest-knee position, and practice anal lifting exercises, which are also effective in reducing hemorrhoidal bleeding.

2: Folk remedies for hemorrhoid bleeding

1: Boil 500g of raw fir tree roots or fig leaves in water, wait until the temperature is suitable, and then use it as a sitz bath to wash the affected area, twice a day.

2: Take a dozen peppercorns and a teaspoon of salt, rinse with boiling water, sit on a basin, and fumigate the affected area once a day for about 10 minutes each time. For severe cases, do it once in the morning and once in the evening. It has the effect of reducing swelling and relieving pain.

3: Wash the potatoes, cut them into 3-5 thin slices, stack them together, apply them on the hemorrhoids before going to bed, cover with a layer of gauze and secure with adhesive strips, remove them the next morning, and repeat for several days.

4: Put 100g of fresh walnut leaves in a clay pot, add 100ml of water, seal the mouth of the pot with paper, boil for 20 minutes, put the pot in a bucket, and tear off the sealing paper on the mouth of the pot. Immediately sit on the bucket and use the steam to fumigate the affected area for 30 minutes. Then pour the medicine with the residue into a basin. Wait until the water temperature cools to about 50°C. Take a sitz bath for 30 minutes and scrub the affected area with the residue. Do this 3 times a day for 5 consecutive days.

5: 3 Momordica cochinchinensis seeds and a little borneol. Remove the shell of Momordica cochinchinensis and take out the flesh. Add a little water-grinded juice, add a little rock sugar powder and stir. Use a cotton swab to rub the affected area 3 times a day.

6: 2 figs and 1 handful of fig leaves. Wash the figs, fry them over fire (or eat them raw on an empty stomach), twice a day. At the same time, boil fig leaves with water every night, first wash, then sit bath, once a day. 8. Take an appropriate amount of leek roots, wash and boil them in water, pour them into a basin and sit on the stove while they are hot, twice a day.

3: Although many people have hemorrhoids

However, as long as you have a regular life, regular diet, and regular bowel movements every day, the chance of getting hemorrhoids will still be very low. People with hemorrhoids can perform anal cleaning after each bowel movement to prevent bacterial growth. And keep it dry. In addition, you can eat more high-fiber foods, such as bananas.
