What to do if you have high blood pressure, dizziness and vomiting? There are ways to adjust your diet

In modern life, people are eating more and more uncontrolled food, and excessive consumption of greasy food and overeating often cause problems such as high blood pressure. Common symptoms of hypertension include dizziness, vomiting, etc., which have a great impact on the patient's physical health. So what are the methods to treat dizziness and vomiting caused by high blood pressure?

1: Chamomile Rice Porridge

1: Take 15-30 grams of fresh chamomile shoots or seedlings, wash them, cook them into porridge with 60 grams of polished rice and appropriate amount of rock sugar, take it for breakfast and dinner, once a day, for 7 consecutive days. Suitable for dizziness caused by high blood pressure and hyperactivity of liver fire.

2: Celery and bitter melon soup

1: Cook 500g celery and 60g bitter gourd together and drink the soup. Or use 250 grams of celery and 30 grams of bitter gourd, blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes, chop and squeeze out the juice, add appropriate amount of sugar, and drink it with boiled water, 1 dose per day for several days. Suitable for high blood pressure, dizziness caused by deficiency of Yin and Yang Yuan.

3. Prunella Vulgaris Chrysanthemum Tea

1: Ingredients: 10g Prunella Vulgaris, 10g Codonopsis Pilosula, 5g White Chrysanthemum, and appropriate amount of honey. Preparation method: Cut Codonopsis pilosula into thin slices, boil it with Prunella vulgaris and white chrysanthemum in boiling water for about 1 minute, turn off the heat and soak for about 20 minutes, filter the residue, and add a small amount of honey to drink as tea. Function: Because Prunella Vulgaris is cold in nature, long-term use will damage the spleen and stomach, so taking it together with Codonopsis pilosula can achieve "long-term use without harm"; and because winter is dry, honey can be added to moisten the lungs, and it can also be used as a seasoning, making it suitable for long-term use. Tips: Patients with weak spleen and stomach should not take it for a long time; patients with diabetes and those with abdominal distension and thick greasy tongue coating can take it directly without adding honey.

4: Prunella Vulgaris antihypertensive tea

1: Ingredients: 10g Prunella Vulgaris, 12g Plantain. Preparation method: Wash the herb Prunella Vulgaris and plantain, put them in a teapot, and brew them with boiling water to make tea. Take 1 dose daily at any time. Function: Clears heat and calms the liver, promotes diuresis and lowers blood pressure, suitable for symptoms such as hypertension, headache, dizziness, etc. Tip: Blood pressure should be measured frequently during drinking to avoid dizziness caused by relatively low blood pressure.

Five: Plantain rice porridge

1: Boil 15g of Plantain Seed (wrapped in cloth) in water and remove the residue. Add 60g of polished rice to cook porridge. Dissolve an appropriate amount of corn flour in cold water, add it to the porridge and cook until done. Take 1 dose per day and eat regularly. Suitable for treating dizziness caused by hypertension and excessive phlegm and dampness.

1: Wash and slice an appropriate amount of fresh Pueraria root, add 20 grams each of Adenophora Root and Ophiopogon japonicus, grind them with water to extract the starch, and dry them in the sun.
