It is quite common to clench teeth while sleeping. If you just clench your teeth without grinding them, it may be related to excessive excitement and tension during the day. When sleeping, the brain cells may be active and still in an excited state, which often leads to certain spasms or contractions, resulting in the phenomenon of clenching teeth at night. Of course, it may also be that intestinal parasites cause such symptoms.

1) Excessive mental excitement and tension. How to improve sleep

1. Take a walk before bed

After dinner and before going to bed, it is appropriate to take a walk outdoors, breathe fresh air, help digestion, reduce the burden on the body's organs after sleep, and give yourself a peaceful sleep through simple physical exercise.

2. Soak your feet in hot water before going to bed

Soaking your feet in a basin of warm water before going to bed can relieve foot fatigue, promote blood circulation in the soles of the feet, and help you fall asleep peacefully.

3. Moderate fatigue

People who have worked all day are very tired and may fall asleep as soon as they lie down. However, many people do not work during the day or are not too tired from work. They can use exercise to make it easier for them to fall asleep. Exercise can help people improve their sleep quality. You can try jogging, walking and other methods, but don't do strenuous exercise. I always believe that exercise is the best choice to improve sleep quality.

4. Smell

Do not place any fragrant, irritating objects in the room. Such as perfume, flowers, etc. Avoid irritating the nose, as this will cause the sense of smell to work continuously, making the brain more excited and less sleepy.
