Be cautious if you have any of the following:

1. In hepatitis epidemic seasons or areas, or when there are patients with acute hepatitis at home, you should be highly vigilant and take precautions at all times.

2. A small number of people have cold-like symptoms before the onset of the disease.

3. Sudden onset of fatigue, mental lethargy, and weakness in the knees without any obvious cause.

4. Sudden onset of digestive tract symptoms such as loss of appetite, aversion to oil, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal distension.

5. There is a dull pain, swelling, tingling or burning sensation in the right rib area.

6. The sclera, skin, and urine are yellow or dark brown.

7. There are obvious spots on the irises of both eyes.

8. The palms are golden yellow, or the entire palm has dark red or purple spots.

9. The skin on the palms, especially the thenar and hypothenar eminences and the palmar surfaces of the fingertips, becomes congested and red.

10. There is obvious tenderness on the palm side of the second joint of the ring fingers of both hands.

11. There is a nodular protrusion in the liver point area corresponding to the two auricles. When this point is pressed lightly, the pain is more obvious than other parts.

12. The complexion is dark and dull.

13. Spider nevi can be seen on the skin surface all over the body.

14. The right jugular vein is distended.

15. The abdomen is swollen and the superior epigastric vein is clearly exposed.

16. Obvious edema of the lower limbs, even the whole body, and less urination.

17. People with a history of long-term alcoholism or long-term use of drugs that are harmful to the liver, such as tetracycline, chlorpromazine, sulfonamides, etc., should be alert to alcoholic hepatitis or drug-induced hepatitis.

18. Patients with liver cancer may feel that the surface of the liver is uneven, nodular, and tender.

19. Severe patients have a rotten apple-like odor in their mouths.
