Cerebral infarction is a common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, which is mainly caused by blood vessel blockage. Common symptoms of cerebral infarction include cerebral hypoxia, dyspnea, syncope, etc. Cerebral infarction has a great impact on people's daily life. Traditional Chinese medicine can treat cerebral infarction through some dietary remedies.

1: Three-flavor corn porridge

1: Take 50g each of Nepeta spicata and mint leaves, 150g of fermented black beans, decoct in water to extract juice, remove the residue and add 150g of corn (white is better), add water as needed to cook porridge. Take once a day on an empty stomach. It is suitable for people who suffer from slurred speech and mental confusion after cerebral infarction.

2: Lamb Fat and Scallion Porridge

1: Take 10 grams each of scallion, ginger juice, pepper, fermented black beans, and glutinous rice, an appropriate amount of mutton fat, and add water to cook porridge. Take once a day for 10 consecutive days. Used to prevent hemiplegia.

Three: Lamb tripe and yam soup

1: Take 1 sheep stomach, remove the fascia, wash and slice it, add water and boil it until it is soft, then add 200 grams of fresh yam and cook until the soup is thick, and serve it instead of porridge. Suitable for people with weak constitution after cerebral infarction.

Four: Braised Chicken with Gastrodia elata

Wash the Gastrodia elata, cut into thin slices, put in a bowl, steam for 10 minutes and take out; debone the chicken, cut into 3 cm square pieces, blanch in oil, remove and set aside. Fry the scallions and ginger in oil until fragrant, add chicken broth and seasonings, pour in the chicken pieces, and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes; add the Gastrodia elata slices, thicken with starch after 5 minutes, and drizzle with chicken oil. Serve with meals. Calms the liver and extinguishes wind, nourishes blood and soothes the mind. It is suitable for dizziness and headache caused by hyperactivity of liver yang, numbness and soreness of limbs caused by rheumatism, and paralysis caused by cerebral infarction.

Five: Bean wine

1: Take an appropriate amount of small black beans and fry them until they are charred, then add 50 ml of hot rice wine. Serve while hot. After taking it, cover yourself with warm cloth to induce slight sweating. Used to treat sequelae of cerebral infarction, postpartum cerebral infarction, numbness of limbs, etc.

6. Earthworm powder

1: Take 60g of live earthworms and place them on new tiles. Bake them over low heat until dry, grind them into powder and put them into capsules. Take 2 times a day, 2 capsules each time. Suitable for patients with cerebral thrombosis, cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.
