3: Boil half a catty of fresh wolfberry leaves (cook with the stems first), 20 day lilies (remove the stems), 2 to 3 candied dates, and 1 pig pancreas into soup, which can help relieve the symptoms of teeth grinding.

1: Soak 5-10 Sichuan peppercorns in a cup of boiling water before going to bed, and drink it after the water cools down (do not swallow the Sichuan peppercorns). Take it for 5 consecutive days to treat snoring.

2: Just dilute 3 to 4 drops of mouthwash with warm water and gargle before going to bed to reduce or stop snoring. It also has a special effect in stopping snoring. It can increase the blood supply to the throat mucosa, thereby reducing or stopping snoring.

3: 10 grams each of Gentiana and Angelica.
