Lily porridge: 50 grams of fresh lily, 100 grams of rice, and appropriate amount of rock sugar. First cook the rice into porridge, then add the lily when it is almost cooked, cook until done, and eat after seasoning with rock sugar. If there are no fresh lilies, you can use 30 grams of dried lily powder and cook it with rice into porridge.

How to regulate Yin deficiency and excessive fire? There are many types of food that can clear away heat and reduce internal heat. According to the different symptoms of internal heat, food and medicines with the same origin as food are divided into the following categories:

(1) Heat-clearing and detoxifying foods: such as chrysanthemum, cucumber, isatis root, tomato, bamboo shoots, mung bean, tofu, celery, water chestnut, water caltrop, purslane, day lily, etc. Most of them have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects and are suitable for various symptoms of excess fire.

(2) Bitter and cold foods that reduce fire: such as bitter melon, bitter herbs, water chestnuts, loofah, snails, eggplant, millet, buckwheat, rabbit meat, frogs, etc., which can reduce heat and fire with their cold nature and are mostly used for symptoms of excess fire.

(3) Foods that promote diuresis and relieve heat: Such as winter melon, watermelon, coix seed, lentil, barley, amaranth, melon, adzuki bean, black fish, duck meat, carp, crucian carp, loach, lettuce, mung bean sprouts, chicken gizzard lining, etc., suitable for various symptoms of excess heat.

(4) Attacking the Excessive Fire: Such as rhubarb, anemarrhena, coptis, scutellaria, banana, celery, potato, sesame, peach kernel, jellyfish, white radish, etc., suitable for symptoms such as short yellow urine, dry stool, dry and bitter mouth, abdominal distension and poor appetite.

Knowing how to regulate Yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire can help you solve the situation of Yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire. If you want to prevent this situation from happening, you need to pay attention to proper moderation in your sexual life, do not eat warm and dry fruits, do not eat irritating foods, and it is best to eat less for dinner. Doing these can effectively prevent the situation of Yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire from occurring.
