A little knowledge about hemorrhoids: What are the symptoms of early, middle and late stage hemorrhoids?

Hemorrhoids are a common disease located in the anal area. They can occur at any age, but the incidence rate increases gradually with age. In my country, hemorrhoids are the most common anorectal disease, and there is a saying that "nine out of ten men have hemorrhoids" and "ten out of ten women have hemorrhoids". So what are the symptoms of hemorrhoids in the early, middle and late stages?

Early stage of hemorrhoids: Bleeding during bowel movement, the amount of blood is large, sometimes it drips, sometimes it spurts like a fountain, without pain or other discomfort. Over time it can cause anemia, dizziness, shortness of breath, and fatigue.

Middle stage of hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids will protrude from the anus after defecation. Generally, the stool can return to the anus by itself after defecation.

Middle to late stage hemorrhoids: Generally, due to the gradual fibrosis of the hemorrhoid surface, the amount of bleeding decreases, and prolapse is the main symptom.

Late stage of hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids prolapse after defecation and cannot return to the anus. They need to be pushed back by hand or after rest. In severe cases, the anus may fall out during coughing, exertion, work or labor. The anus often feels wet and uncomfortable due to increased secretions, and the underwear may become contaminated. If the hemorrhoids become infected and inflamed due to friction from clothes, they will become swollen and painful and cannot be pushed back into the anus and may even become necrotic. This is called incarcerated hemorrhoids.

Warm tips: physical exercise; prevent constipation; develop the habit of regular bowel movements; keep the area around the anus clean; keep the lower body warm; avoid sitting or standing for long periods of time; pay attention to health care during pregnancy and childbirth; do pelvic floor exercises regularly; self-massage and other methods can prevent hemorrhoids, and the use of hemorrhoid creams such as bombshell enzyme can effectively cure hemorrhoids.

Teach you five ways to dredge the intestines and relieve hemorrhoids

Drinking water time

It is important to drink water in the morning. Drinking two glasses of water after getting up can not only replenish the water lost at night, but also stimulate the intestines. Drink two glasses of water in the morning and afternoon. Drink less sugary drinks. Drinking too much sugary water will accelerate intestinal aging, so don't drink a lot of sugary drinks such as cola, soda, and fruit juice. You can drink one or two cups of lactic acid bacteria drink after meals every day.

Exercise

Get adequate exercise. Exercise can promote bowel movements, especially morning exercise. Exercise should be combined with drinking water. Drink water while exercising.

Eat more fiber-rich foods

Eat more fiber-rich foods. Eating more vegetables and fruits, such as celery, leeks, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, corn and other high-fiber foods, can help clear congested intestines.

Timely bowel movement

Have bowel movements promptly. People who are often constipated are three times more likely to develop hemorrhoids than those who are not constipated. Therefore, it is most scientific to defecate in the morning or after breakfast. Try to have regular bowel movements, even if you don't feel like going to the toilet, so that the organism can be formed.
