What is the Chinese medicine prescription for reflux esophagitis?

We know that digestive system diseases have been on the rise in recent years and occur at all ages. Many young people suffer from digestive tract diseases, but because the symptoms are not obvious, they are not taken seriously. Reflux esophagitis in the digestive system has become a common disease in modern society, and its causative factors are often related to poor diet and lifestyle habits. In addition to diet, the treatment principles of this disease can also be adjusted by Chinese herbal medicine or food therapy.

01 First of all, for reflux esophagitis, this disease, our usual diet and rest habits are actually very important. We should eat more foods rich in vitamins and dietary fiber every day, such as apples, celery and so on.

02Here I would like to share with you a Chinese medicine recipe for reflux esophagitis. We can use appropriate amounts of 15 grams each of dandelion, French angelica, Pinellia, Bupleurum, Codonopsis, Poria, Curcuma, Tangerine peel and White Tree. Wash them clean every day, put them in water and boil them into medicine. Drink it for about 14 days and it will probably be effective.

03 And for patients with reflux esophagitis, we can usually collect dandelions in spring and summer, dry them, and save them for drinking in winter. We all know that dandelions have very high medicinal value. They not only have therapeutic effects on our reflux esophagitis, but also have relatively good effects in other aspects.

Note:

And for patients with reflux esophagitis, sometimes we can use some water chestnut powder, rice, and brown sugar to cook porridge, take it every morning and eat more low-fat foods. And don't be in a hurry when eating, chew slowly.

1. Ginseng and Astragalus Pork Stomach Soup: 1 pork stomach, 150 grams of Astragalus, and 150 grams of Codonopsis. Wash and slice Astragalus and Codonopsis, and wash the pig's stomach. Wrap ginseng and Astragalus with gauze and put them into the pig's stomach. Tie it tightly with hemp thread and simmer it over low heat. Remove the medicine bag after it is cooked. Eat and drink the soup while it is hot. Divide into 4 to 6 times and eat twice a day for 1 week. Astragalus is sweet and warm in nature. It is the main medicine for replenishing qi. It can reduce gastric acid and gastric secretion and protect the gastric mucosa. Codonopsis is sweet and flat in nature, and has the effects of tonifying the middle and replenishing qi, strengthening the spleen and benefiting the lungs.

Pig tripe nourishes, replenishes and treats the stomach. When used with ginseng and Astragalus, it can replenish qi and strengthen the body. It is effective for treating stomach and esophageal inflammation, indigestion and burning pain.

2. Stir-fried radish tops: 300 grams of fresh radish tops, appropriate amounts of cooking oil and salt. Wash and cut the radish tops, fry them in a hot oil pan until cooked, add a small amount of salt to season, and they are ready to eat.

It has the effect of regulating qi and promoting digestion. It is effective for hiccups, hot breath, food stagnation, chest and flank distension and discomfort, burning pain behind the sternum, and a foreign body sensation in the throat.

3. Chicken gizzards and peppercorns: 2 chicken gizzards, 20 peppercorns, and a little salt. Wash the chicken gizzard inside and out, add peppercorns and a little salt, wrap it with several layers of wet paper, simmer on the fire until cooked, and take it out. Cut into slices and serve hot. Take 1 each time, twice a day, for 1 week. Chicken gizzard nourishes the stomach, clears the bowels and regulates qi. Clinical observation shows that it can relieve the burning sensation and pain behind the sternum, reduce hiccups and belching, and has a certain therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia and gastrointestinal dysfunction.
