Acupuncture knife therapy, as the name suggests, is a tool made of metal that looks like a needle. It is mainly used for acupuncture to treat tissue lesions in the body. The micro-acupuncture therapy is convenient to operate, and the wounds are smaller, easier to heal and less likely to cause infection. The patient will not feel severe pain and the wound will recover faster. The specific operation method is introduced below. Acupuncture knife therapy was created under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory, absorbing the achievements of modern Western medicine and natural sciences. A new medical discipline. It has the advantages of good efficacy, quick results, short treatment course, no toxic side effects, and a wide range of applications. It is a treatment method that is deeply welcomed by patients. Acupuncture knife therapy is a new medical discipline created by Professor Zhu Hanzhang under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory, drawing on the principles of Western medical surgery, and using acupuncture knife as the main treatment method. The appraisal meeting organized by the Ministry of Education in December 2004 concluded that acupuncture knife medicine is original in terms of physical therapy, technology, and equipment, and has reached the international leading level in clinical treatment. Professor Shang Tianyu, a famous orthopedic expert, commented: "Acupuncture knife medicine is a new discipline that integrates Chinese and Western medicine. It has both the strengths of Chinese medicine and the advantages of Western medicine." In terms of theory, acupuncture knife medicine is guided by the theories of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with modern science, and draws on the principles of surgery and innovates them. It has formed a theory of closed surgery, a new theory of the etiology and pathology of chronic soft tissue injuries, a new etiology theory of bone hyperplasia, etc. It has important guiding significance for clinical treatment and improves the efficacy. Due to breakthroughs in basic research on etiology, acupuncture knife medicine has also been widely used in internal medicine, gynecology, pediatrics, dermatology and other departments. How to operate (1) The selection of body position should be based on the doctor's convenience and the patient's feeling of comfort during treatment. For neck treatment, the patient is usually in a sitting position; the head can be tilted back or tilted down according to the location of the disease. (2) After selecting the body position and treatment point, perform local aseptic disinfection, that is, first disinfect with alcohol, then disinfect with iodine, and deiodinate with alcohol. The doctor wears sterile gloves, finally confirms the needle insertion site, and marks it. For large joints or areas where operations are more complicated, sterile drapes can be applied to prevent contamination during the operation. To reduce the pain caused by local operations, local anesthesia can be performed to block the conduction of nerve pain. Commonly used injectable drugs include: a. 1% Novocaine 2-5 ml/each injection point. b. Approximately 5 ml of 2% lidocaine per injection point. c. 5 ml of 2% lidocaine and 1 ml of triamcinolone A, mix well and inject into 2-3 treatment points respectively. (3) Commonly used stripping methods are: a. Perform peeling along the direction of muscle fibers or tendon distribution - that is, the tip of the needle knife is close to the tissue to be peeled and moves forward and backward (not up and down) to separate and loosen the horizontally adhered tissue fibers. b. Swing the tip of the needle knife in a horizontal or fan-shaped motion to break and loosen the longitudinally adhered tissue fibers. c. Make oblique or non-directional swinging movements with the tip of the needle knife to break and loosen the irregular adhesion tissue fibers. The stripping action is taken depending on whether there is adhesion in the condition. Pay attention to various stripping actions and do not make them too large to avoid scratching important tissues such as blood vessels and nerves. (4) Cut and peel each acupoint 2-5 times before removing the needle. Generally, 1-5 treatments are enough to cure the disease. The interval between two treatments can be 5-7 days depending on the situation. (5) Indications for the use of acupuncture: a. The patient feels pain somewhere. b. The doctor can feel sensitivity and tenderness at the affected area. c. Palpation may reveal cord-like, flake-like, or spherical hard objects or nodules under the skin. d . There is a sound when plucking the affected area with your fingers. |
