How to treat aseptic inflammation in traditional Chinese medicine

Aseptic prostatitis is also known as aseptic inflammation. The incidence of this disease in men is relatively high, and most patients are middle-aged and elderly people. Because middle-aged and elderly people have less sex life, the male penis may gradually degenerate and will not be particularly sensitive, which may cause prostatitis. So how does traditional Chinese medicine treat aseptic inflammation?

Traditional Chinese medicine secret recipe for treating aseptic prostatitis

First: antibacterial treatment. The discovery of known urinary tract pathogens in prostatic fluid culture is the basis for selecting antibacterial drug treatment. If rare pathogens or commensal bacteria are found in the urogenital tract, they cannot be confirmed as the causative pathogen. Patients with nonbacterial prostatitis who show signs of bacterial infection and who are unresponsive to general treatment may also be suitable for treatment with antibacterial drugs.

Second: anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can improve symptoms. Generally, indomethacin is used orally or as suppositories. Traditional Chinese medicine uses anti-inflammatory, heat-clearing, detoxifying and softening drugs, which also have certain effects. Allopurinol can reduce the concentration of uric acid in the whole body and prostatic fluid. In theory, as a free radical scavenger, it can also remove reactive oxygen components, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain. It can be regarded as an optional auxiliary treatment method.

Third: physical therapy. Prostate massage can empty the concentrated secretions in the prostate duct and drain the infection foci in the obstructed area of the gland. Therefore, for stubborn cases, prostate massage can be performed every 3 to 7 days while using antibiotics. A variety of physical factors are used as prostate therapy, such as microwave, radio frequency, ultrashort wave, medium wave and hot water sitz bath, which are beneficial for relaxing the prostate, posterior urethral smooth muscle and pelvic floor muscle, enhancing antibacterial effect and relieving pain symptoms.

Precautions

Andrology experts say that patients with prostatitis should not exercise too vigorously, but should do it in moderation according to their body's tolerance. This is beneficial to their health. In addition, patients should drink more water after treatment, which is very helpful for their condition.
