What should we pay attention to when eating a diet high in blood lipids?

As people's living standards continue to improve, more and more people are suffering from high blood lipids, and the trend is beginning to develop in younger people. In order to change this bad situation, you must pay attention to your diet. Try to eat less or no pork kidneys, dried shrimps, lamb kidneys, scallops, duck eggs, pig's trotters, cuttlefish, etc.

1. Pork kidney

Pork kidneys have a high cholesterol content. Long-term excessive intake can lead to coronary atherosclerosis and increase the incidence of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction and other diseases. Patients with hypercholesterolemia, liver disease, hypertension and coronary heart disease should eat less.
