It is safe to use, rarely causes adverse reactions, and does not cause gastrointestinal bleeding. (3) Ibuprofen, also known as Fenbid, Yifufen, Fennicor, and Anrike. Used for fever, pain, etc. caused by colds. Oral administration, tablets, adults 0.2 g each time, 1 to 3 times a day, not exceeding 0.8 g in 24 hours. The sustained-release capsule is 0.3 g each time, 1 to 2 times a day. Each suppository contains 50 mg. When fever occurs, insert one suppository into the anus. (4) Naproxen, also known as Fensin, Beli, and Xiaotongling. It is used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as joint pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, migraine, headache, dysmenorrhea, and also to reduce fever caused by colds. Oral, tablets, adults 0.5 g for the first dose, 0.25 g each time thereafter, once every 6 to 8 hours if necessary. Other dosage forms include capsules, granules, and sustained-release tablets, each tablet is 0.5 grams, take 1 tablet per day. (5) Benoryl ester, also known as acetylsalicylate, benosan, and acetylsalicylate. It has antipyretic and analgesic effects, with fewer adverse reactions than aspirin. It is often used for fever, headache, and neuralgia caused by colds. Oral administration, tablets, adults 0.5-1 gram at a time, 3-4 times a day. Other dosage forms include granules. (6) Taurine, also known as aminoethanesulfonic acid, running, and taurine. It has antipyretic, analgesic, sedative and anti-inflammatory effects, and is used to relieve fever in the early stages of a cold. |
