Sciatica 23 years old

Sciatica 23 years old

The sciatic nerve is a nerve located on the buttocks side. We use this nerve in our daily travel, but the sciatic nerve often has problems. These problems can be big or small, including sciatica, which should be taken seriously. Moreover, sciatic nerve problems occur regardless of age and can occur in anyone. So what should a 23-year-old do if he has sciatica?

Sciatica is divided into primary sciatica and secondary sciatica. Primary sciatica is mainly caused by direct damage to the sciatic nerve due to infection or poisoning. Secondary sciatica is pain caused by irritation, compression or damage of the sciatic nerve pathway by lesions in adjacent tissues. For symptomatic treatment, antipyretic and analgesic drugs such as ibuprofen and diclofenac can be used. When pain occurs, you can apply ice to the affected area for 30-60 minutes, several times a day, for two to three consecutive days, and then apply a hot water bottle to the affected area at the same interval. You can also take over-the-counter painkillers such as indomethacin.

Before going to bed every day, use a hot towel or hot salt wrapped in cloth to compress your waist or buttocks. The temperature should not be too high, just comfortable. Dietary treatment for sciatica: 1. Cook 25 grams of Chuanduan and 30 grams of Duchu with 1 pig tail, and season before serving. 2. Boil 15 grams of mistletoe and 1 egg and drink it. 3. Stew 6 grams of old mulberry branches with 500 grams of female chicken and drink the soup. When it comes to the treatment of sciatica, you should pay attention to sleeping on a hard bed, maintaining good living habits, avoiding bending over for long periods of time and excessive weight bearing, and eating more foods high in calcium.

When treating diseases, do not look for folk remedies. Instead, follow regular treatment methods to avoid delaying the disease. If the folk remedy is effective, such treatment will be available in regular hospitals. Most cases of sciatica are caused by herniated disc and compression of nerve roots, while some are caused by piriformis syndrome and piriformisitis. You can take symptomatic analgesics, such as diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules. In addition, you can perform lumbar disc CT or lumbar magnetic resonance imaging. If the examination shows herniated disc, you can do lumbar traction, small swallow flying exercises, and hot compress and massage the waist.

There are not many folk remedies for sciatica. Generally speaking, the folk remedies for sciatica currently on the market and popular in the countryside are not valid. Sciatica is divided into primary and secondary sciatica, both are caused by protruding spinal cord compressing the nerves. General remedies for treating sciatica are not likely to cure sciatica, they can only improve the condition and play some psychological role. In the treatment of sciatica, we should still adopt the principle of drug treatment and not trust some folk remedies for sciatica. At present, the drugs that can completely cure sciatica are mainly some clinical professional drugs. The main drugs in this regard are Hulk Ion Patch, a British drug with a clinical cure rate of up to 98.5%. Since its launch in China, Hulk Ion Patch has been trusted by the majority of sciatica patients.
