How to get rid of stool immediately

How to get rid of stool immediately

Generally, normal people have bowel movements once a day, and those with stronger digestive functions can have bowel movements twice a day. However, there are also many people who have poor bowel movement function and do not defecate frequently for two or even three days. Even if they have the urge to defecate, they will experience constipation such as difficulty in defecation and dry stools. If constipation occurs for a long time, it will lead to problems such as bad breath, acne, hemorrhoids, etc. So is there any way to defecate immediately?

Causes of constipation

The specific reasons can be summarized as follows:

(1) Due to poor eating habits, the mechanical or chemical stimulation of food is insufficient, or due to the intake of too little or too fine food, especially the lack of food that leaves a large amount of sediment, the intestinal stimulation is reduced and the reflex peristalsis is weakened, causing constipation.

(2) Changes in lifestyle habits, improper bowel movement, frequent use of strong laxatives and enemas, etc., can all cause a decrease in the sensitivity of the rectal reflex, so that even if feces enters, it is not enough to cause effective nerve impulses, so that the defecation reflex cannot be produced and constipation occurs.

(3) Depression or excessive excitement can cause conditioned reflex disorders and lead to constipation.

(4) Bad living habits, lack of sleep, and constant high mental stress can also cause abnormal peristalsis and spasmodic contractions of the colon and lead to constipation. The first thing to do for constipation is to find out the cause and actively treat it accordingly.

How to have a quick bowel movement

1. Massage the abdomen

Lie on your back or in a semi-recumbent position with your legs slightly bent and your abdomen relaxed. The operator or the patient himself or herself uses the thenar and hypothenar muscles to massage the area around the patient's navel in a clockwise direction in the direction of gastrointestinal peristalsis. The depth should be enough to touch the intestines. Generally, it should sink 3 to 5 cm. Each time should be 15 to 20 minutes, or 200 circles of massage each time, once in the morning and evening each day. It can also be done 20 minutes before defecation or 2 hours after a meal.

2. Simple yoga method

Sit on the bed, keep your upper body upright, stretch your legs as far as possible (until you feel a little pain), support the bed between your legs with your fingers, keep your upper body upright at all times, then tilt your upper body forward slightly, stay in this position for 3 to 5 minutes, and feel the tightness in your thighs. When you are done, return to normal, exhale, and relax. Most people will feel a little urge to defecate after doing it.

3. Dithering method

For friends who have difficulty defecating, you can adopt this method, which is to shake your stomach while ensuring the correct defecation posture. Because the intestines are located in the stomach, shaking the stomach can increase the fluidity of intestinal substances, thereby promoting defecation. You can shake forward, backward, left, right, or up and down. It can also vibrate at a fast frequency, and generally within 1 minute, it can produce a strong feeling of defecation.

4. Diet to promote excretion

It is mainly suitable for young people and friends with mild constipation. Some people mentioned bananas, but bananas are not suitable for people with qi deficiency, as that will make the stool drier. You can eat more fruits, vegetables, and crude fiber foods, such as sweet potatoes, celery, leeks, kiwis, etc.
