What to do if you have a fever due to qi deficiency

Some people may feel weak and hot at ordinary times, but their body temperature is not very high. In fact, this is Qi deficiency fever in traditional Chinese medicine. It will not have any effect on people in the short term, but if it is left alone for a long time, it will cause many diseases. So what should we do with Qi deficiency fever?

1. Diet adjustment: You should eat more nutritious foods rich in high-quality protein, trace elements (iron, copper, etc.), folic acid and vitamin B12, such as red dates, lotus seeds, longan meat, walnuts, hawthorn, pork liver, pig blood, eel, sea cucumber, black chicken, eggs, spinach, carrots, black fungus, black sesame, shrimp, brown sugar, etc.

2. Chinese medicine conditioning: Commonly used blood-enriching Chinese medicines include angelica, Chuanxiong, safflower, rehmannia, peach kernel, Codonopsis, Astragalus, Polygonum multiflorum, wolfberry, yam, donkey-hide gelatin, salvia miltiorrhiza, rose and other natural Chinese medicines.

3. Exercise for health : Exercise is also an essential part of health care. You can practice relaxing exercises such as yoga, Tai Chi, and health-preserving Qigong in your daily life. In addition, traditional Chinese medicine believes that "long-term viewing will damage the blood", so professional women who sit in front of the computer for a long time should pay special attention to the rest and maintenance of their eyes to prevent the body's qi and blood from being damaged due to excessive use of the eyes.

4. Meridian therapy : Regularly perform health massages on the head, face, and feet to dissipate blood stasis, and insist on moxibustion on the Guanyuan, Qihai, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao and other acupoints. This requires you to be very familiar with the acupoints. It will be useless if you don't press the right acupoints.

Qi deficiency fever is mostly caused by spleen and stomach qi deficiency. The fever is common in the morning and will recur or worsen when tired. It is accompanied by low voice and shortness of breath, fatigue, loss of appetite, or aversion to wind and spontaneous sweating. The tongue is pale with teeth marks on the edges and tip, thin tongue coating, and a strong and weak pulse.
