(1) Add 1 g of edetate disodium calcium (EOTA) to 250 mL of 5% glucose solution and drip intravenously 1 to 2 times a day. A course of treatment is 3 days, and the medication can be repeated every 3 to 4 days.

(2) 1 g of sodium dithiosulfate (DMS) is slowly dripped intravenously for 3 days as a course of treatment. The medication can be repeated on rest days.

(3) Penicillamine 0.3g, 3 times a day, can be taken continuously for 1 to 2 weeks.

5. In case of oral poisoning, find the source of the poison and stop ingesting it immediately. Patients with occupational lead poisoning should be temporarily separated from contact and receive treatment. Give vitamin C and B group as appropriate and provide symptomatic treatment. Give iron and vitamin B12 for anemia.
