Effects of soybean oligopeptides

Effects of soybean oligopeptides

Soybean oligopeptides can be directly absorbed by the human body without increasing the burden on the stomach and intestines. They are more suitable for people with weak stomachs. This nutrient can directly enter human cells, has the characteristics of fast onset and easy absorption, and can play a good role in quickly maintaining the body's health. It has a good effect on maintaining the stability of body enzymes and stimulating enzyme activity.

1. Direct absorption

Oligopeptides composed of 2 to 10 amino acids can be directly absorbed into the human body without increasing the digestive burden of the gastrointestinal tract. They are especially suitable for people with weak gastrointestinal function.

2. Directly enter the cell

Many nutrients and drugs cannot directly enter cells, but oligopeptides can directly enter cells and can also pass through the skin barrier, the blood-brain barrier, the placental barrier, and the gastrointestinal mucosal barrier.

4. Fast onset of effect

Oligopeptides are pre-digested proteins that are ready for absorption once consumed. Oligopeptide transport carriers are not easily saturated, have low energy consumption, and fast transport speeds. They are significantly superior to proteins and amino acids, can be directly absorbed, and quickly exert nutritional and health-care effects.

5. Maintain enzyme stability

Oligopeptides participate in the synthesis of enzymes, which can stimulate enzyme activity, enhance enzyme function and maintain enzyme stability.

6. Delaying Aging

Oligopeptides are directly absorbed by the human body, which promotes the body's digestion, speeds up the excretion of toxins in the body, and thus delays aging.

7. Improve Immunity

Oligopeptides can improve the permeability of intermediate metabolic membranes (gastrointestinal mucosa, capillary walls, alveoli, meninges, red blood cell walls, and glomerular basement membranes), effectively absorb nutrients, defend against the invasion of pathogens, and enhance the body's immunity.

Effects of soybean oligopeptides

(1) Small molecular weight. The molecular weight of soybean protein is as high as tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands. The average molecular weight of soybean peptides is below 1000. Such oligomers have reached a level that can be directly absorbed by the human intestine.

(2) Good water solubility. Soy protein has low solubility, while soybean peptides have good water solubility. Water solubility often determines the extent to which nutrients are absorbed and utilized.

(3) Good thermal stability. Protein denatures when exposed to heat, but soybean peptides are heat stable. Therefore, soybean peptides can be used to process and make various forms of food without causing changes in its structure.

(4) Good acid stability. Proteins usually have an isoelectric point. Generally, when the pH value is around 4.5, the protein in the solution will precipitate. Soybean peptides have no isoelectric point and will not precipitate under acidic conditions of pH 4.5.

(5) Direct absorbability. In vitro tests have confirmed that after soybean peptides are treated with pepsin, more than 95% are not digested; after being treated with trypsin, about 90% are not digested. This means that soybean peptides are no longer digested and most of them will be directly absorbed in the form of oligopeptides.

(6) Security. There are many anti-nutrients in soybeans, such as trypsin inhibitors, hemagglutinins, anti-vitamin substances, etc., which can be harmful to the human body. Soy peptides do not contain anti-nutritional ingredients and have extremely low allergenicity. Therefore, it is safer to eat.
