It can be used as a dietotherapy for patients with intestinal colic and dysmenorrhea. The method of consumption is: take a little fennel, stir-fry it, boil it into a soup, remove the residue, then add rice, and cook it into rice porridge for consumption. People with yin deficiency and excess fire should avoid eating it. When using fennel as stuffing, it should be blanched in boiling water.
