1. Physical discomfort: often an early symptom. Self-regulation methods for men's menopausal anxiety:

1. Evaluate yourself correctly, do not set unrealistic goals for yourself, and set your plans within your capabilities and spend within your means.

2. Cry if you want to. It is wrong to say that men don’t shed tears easily from a psychological point of view. However, when men are overwhelmed by pressure, it is okay for them to vent in time.

4. How can middle-aged people prevent anxiety? Exercise is the simplest and most practical way. Physical exercise affects the psychology from a physiological perspective. 7. The comfort of good books and music. Read more books rich in Zen and philosophy. Avoid reading exciting or thrilling books. Listen to more gentle and lyrical music.
