1. Massage the pericardium meridian

2. Stroke the Tanzhong point

When you are angry, you can stroke downwards about a hundred times to relieve the anger.

3. Tap Baihui and Fengchi

Fengchi point is located at the back of the neck, in the depression between the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the upper end of the trapezius muscle. Tapping this acupoint can help improve eyesight and refresh the mind. You can tap it anytime you feel tired, nervous or anxious. The force should be enough to feel slight pain.

4. Press the Hegu point

The first horizontal line of the thumb joint of one hand is facing the base of the other hand. Bend the thumb and press it down. The point where the fingertip points is the Hegu point. Hegu point belongs to the hand yangming large intestine meridian. Massaging this point has a certain therapeutic effect on nervous headaches, insomnia and neurasthenia.

1. Xiaomi
