Many people are not particularly familiar with breast cellulite. This is a symptom of breast cancer. We know that breast cancer is a relatively common tumor and is very harmful to women. In recent years, the incidence of breast cancer is relatively high. When the lymphatic vessels under breast cancer are blocked, it will cause obstruction of lymph return and cause edema of the dermis, so that the skin will appear orange peel-like. What is breast orange peel? Orange peel-like changes - Breast skin epidermis edema and bulges, hair follicles and pores are obviously sunken, and the skin is orange peel-like. It is mostly caused by local skin lymphedema after the superficial lymphatic vessels are blocked by breast cancer. "Orange peel-like changes" can also be seen in inflammation. Breast examination showing that one breast is noticeably enlarged could be due to congenital malformation, breastfeeding on one side, breast inflammation, or a large tumor. A significant reduction in the size of one breast is usually due to hypoplasia. Redness, swelling, pain and fever on the breast surface are common in acute mastitis. Breast tenderness is mostly caused by inflammation, while malignant lesions are generally not tender. Breast lumps are seen in breast cancer, fibroids, cystic hyperplasia, tuberculosis, chronic abscesses, blocked milk ducts, etc. Benign tumors are generally small, regular in shape, smooth in surface, with clear boundaries, soft in texture, no adhesions and great mobility. Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor, with irregular shape, uneven surface, unclear boundaries, no obvious tenderness, hard texture, unclear boundaries between the early tumor and the surrounding tissue, and it is not easy to be pushed in the breast. In the late stage, it is easy to metastasize to the axillary lymph nodes (the most easily metastatic site), and there may also be "orange peel-like changes", nipple inversion and bloody secretions. Early symptoms of breast cancer 1. Breast lump: A painless, solitary small lump appears in the affected breast, mostly located in the upper outer quadrant of the breast. 2. Changes in breast appearance: The skin at the site of the lump may be seen to be bulging, and some local skin may appear orange peel-like, or even edematous, discolored, or have eczema-like changes. 3. Changes in breast skin and contour: nipple retraction near the center. The breast skin is slightly inverted, the nipple is eroded, the nipple is asymmetrical, or the breast skin is thickened and coarsened, and the pores are enlarged (medically known as "orange peel"). 4. Swollen lymph nodes: The lymph nodes in the armpit on the affected side are enlarged and hard. In the late stage, they can also be felt in the armpit on the same side of the clavicle. 5. Other aspects: A small number of people may have bloody or watery discharge. |
