How to relax better when you are stressed?

Many people become very nervous due to high pressure and cannot relax for a long time, which is very harmful to their health. In fact, the relaxation method is very simple. You can do some relaxing exercises or listen to light music, which can promote nerve relaxation.

1. Keep doing relaxation exercises two to three times a day, five minutes each time. 5. Vitamin C is an ideal substance for relieving daily stress. Taking an appropriate amount of vitamin C every morning and at noon is very helpful for maintaining a good mood. Vitamin B can maintain mental balance. You can eat more foods rich in vitamin B, such as dried vegetables, animal liver, bread, etc.

6. In order to reduce the tension caused by your work, can you talk to me in the form of self-questioning and self-answering: "What exactly is bothering me? What are the reasons for these problems? Which is the best way to solve this problem?" Through this simple and rational analysis, you will quickly get rid of the tension and calmly devote yourself to work.
