Rheumatoid diseases are relatively common, especially when they occur, the pain is unbearable and can affect work and life, so we should also pay attention to the precursors of rheumatoid arthritis. For example, patients are prone to oral ulcers, vulvar ulcers or irregular fever, and different pains in various joints of the body. These symptoms may be signs of internal rheumatism, and we must pay attention to prevention and treatment.

1. Skin and mucous membrane symptoms: These are typical signs of rheumatism, and we need to focus on prevention and identification. Dermatomyositis, polymyositis, Behcet's disease, panniculitis, and Sjögren's syndrome may have rash, photosensitivity, oral ulcers, vulvar ulcers, eye symptoms, reticular cyanosis, skin ulcers, etc. These are all early symptoms of rheumatic disease.

2. Raynaud's sign: Children with rheumatic disease often show this sign of illness at the beginning of the disease. Parents should pay attention to prevention and treatment, and save the joint health of the children in time. The specific manifestations are that the fingertips turn white when exposed to cold or when emotionally excited, and then turn purple or red, or are accompanied by numbness and pain in the fingertips. In severe cases, skin ulcers may occur.

3. Irregular fever : In the early stages of the disease, many patients will experience systemic fever, which is the main sign of rheumatic onset. Generally there is no chill, antibiotics are ineffective, and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate is fast. Symptoms of adult-onset rheumatic diseases such as Still's disease, acute neutrophilic febrile dermatosis, and panniculitis are all initial symptoms of rheumatic diseases.

4. Pain: Patients will experience severe pain symptoms after the onset of the disease, and the health hazards caused are generally difficult to eliminate. Among the pains of rheumatic diseases, pain originating from the joints and their attached structures is the most common symptom of rheumatic diseases. However, pain in the limbs and trunk can also be seen in visceral and nervous system diseases.
