4. If the double eyelid curvature is not good, redesign the double eyelid line according to the natural fold after the swelling subsides, and then make an incision and redo it.

5. After the double eyelids disappear and the swelling subsides, the buried suture method is changed to the incision method. The incision method is performed through the original incision, the skin below the double eyelid line is fully peeled off, and enough subcutaneous tissue and orbicularis oculi muscle are removed. When suturing, the skin is close to the tarsal plate or eyelid muscle tissue, and the incision is lifted and sutured.

6. After the swelling of the triple eyelid is reduced, the original incision is opened, the excess skin is removed and the wrinkles are loosened, and the skin at the lower edge of the incision is sutured upwards to the adhesion between the original tarsal plate and the skin.

8. For mild cases of lower eyelid ectropion, local massage or local injection of glucocorticoids can be used to loosen the lower eyelid skin, which usually recovers or improves within a few months. For severe cases, an outer V-shaped skin excision and suture can be performed, or the orbicularis oculi muscle flap can be lifted and fixed to the outer upper orbital rim, or the upper eyelid rotation flap, nasal flap, or temporal flap can be used to correct the ectropion. Severe cases require free skin grafting correction.
