Mechanism of action of glucosamine sulfate chondroitin capsules

Glucosamine sulfate chondroitin capsules are another name for glucosamine, which is a natural amino monosaccharide. It is an important component of the matrix of articular cartilage and is widely present in connective tissue and skin tissue. It can promote the regeneration of cartilage and inhibit the active ingredients of various chondroitin enzymes that destroy cartilage. It can play a good role in clearing some harmful substances in the joint cavity and can achieve the effect of fixing the minerals in bone calcium.

Mechanism of action of glucosamine sulfate chondroitin capsules

○ Repair: Promote cartilage regeneration, repair damaged articular cartilage, make the cartilage surface smooth, thick and elastic, and restore the normal physiological and motor functions of the joints; ○ Supplement: Synthesize and replenish synovial fluid, lubricate the surface of articular cartilage, reduce friction and vibration between bones and joints, and thus slow down cartilage degeneration; ○ Clear: Inhibit the activity of various enzymes that destroy cartilage, remove harmful substances in the joint cavity, and reduce damage to cartilage and surrounding soft tissues; ○ Solidify: "Fixer" of minerals such as bone calcium, maintain the balance of bone metabolism, prevent the loss of inorganic substances such as calcium and zinc, and prevent osteoporosis; ○ Improve: Improve the immune ability of joints and the body, prevent the imbalance of organic matter metabolism in the joints from causing the increase of harmful factors to damage articular cartilage and surrounding soft tissues; prevent various diseases and symptoms caused by cartilage tissue degeneration (such as back pain, weak legs, arthritis, etc.). Chondroitin sulfate (CS) is the main representative of viscous substances currently proven by medicine. Chondroitin sulfate extracted from marine organisms can effectively replenish the cartilage element proteoglycan, absorb and retain the moisture of the cartilage, lubricate the joints, remove inflammatory substances in the joint cavity, repair articular cartilage, and relieve joint pain, swelling and stiffness. It is called "soft gold for joints" and "liquid magnet for joints."

○ Supplement: replenish proteoglycan and repair joint cartilage ○ Absorption: it has a very strong hydration effect, which can absorb water into the proteoglycan molecules, making the cartilage thicker like a sponge, providing water and nutrients to the cartilage, enhancing the metabolism of the cartilage itself, and then playing a role in buffering shocks and lubrication. It is known as the "liquid magnet". ○ Inhibition: Inhibit the action of "cartilage-eating" enzymes (such as collagenase, strong protease, and cathepsin) to protect cartilage. ○ Reduction: Reduce pain, swelling and stiffness, and improve joint movement function.

Combination therapy

★ Chondroitin sulfate (CS) can accelerate the process of glucosamine sulfate penetrating into the joints. The combination of the two can more effectively repair joint cartilage and reverse damaged cartilage. ★ The combined use of GS and CS can enhance the inhibition of the production of various inflammatory mediators and oxygen free radicals in joint tissues, inhibit the activity of metalloproteinases and stabilize lysosomal membranes, thereby playing an anti-inflammatory and analgesic role. The combined use of the two can also promote the synthesis of proteoglycans and collagen in articular cartilage tissue, maintain the stability of the extracellular matrix of cartilage cells, and indirectly play a role in eliminating inflammation and relieving pain. ★ Clinical observations also show that for the treatment of moderate to severe patients, the combined use of GS and CS is more effective than single medication and can more effectively alleviate patients' pain.
