What is Dragon Haunting?

What is Dragon Haunting?

Dragon entanglement is medically known as shingles, a disease caused by the varicella-zoster virus invading the human body and reducing the body's resistance. Shingles is a common disease that is contagious and provides lifelong immunity, with very few people experiencing recurrences. Once herpes zoster is discovered, it should be treated promptly, otherwise it will cause serious complications such as encephalitis and acute glomerulonephritis. Next, let us take a closer look at Dragon Haunting.

Some people who have had or seen this kind of disease often turn pale when talking about "dragon entanglement". Because some patients, especially the elderly, who have shingles usually suffer from severe neuralgia, which makes them lose their appetite, unable to sleep all night, and the pain is unbearable. For a small number of people, the pain may last for months or even years, resulting in postherpetic neuralgia. This is due to viral-induced neuritis that is difficult to recover from and difficult to treat.

Shingles often causes neuralgia first and then rashes such as blisters, which makes it difficult for patients to seek medical treatment and for doctors to diagnose. For unilateral neuralgia that is difficult to explain by other reasons, the possibility of herpes zoster should be considered and the patient should be closely observed. Timely and effective treatment of the disease can shorten the course of the disease and reduce the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia.

After giving birth to a "dragon", you should pay attention to drinking plenty of boiled water, eating a light diet, avoiding spicy and greasy food, and it is also important to keep the bowel movements unobstructed. Traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture also have certain effects. For critically ill patients, it is best to combine Chinese and Western treatments.

【Treatment method】

Stage 1: Herpes disappears

Method 1: Folk remedy (fastest effect)

(1) Similar to acupuncture:

Step 1: Use a needle with a larger head to prick the outermost part of the entire herpes zone at intervals of about 10 cm, forming a circle with the needle holes. The purpose of this step is to define the scope of the herpes zone and prevent its toxins from spreading.

Step 2: Use needles with larger heads to poke the acupuncture points on both sides of the thumb nails of both hands, that is, the four needle holes; poke the acupuncture points on both sides of the big toe nails of both feet, that is, the four needle holes. A total of 8 needles were inserted to release a small amount of viral blood.

Note: This method should be performed once a day, at least three times, without interruption. In severe cases, the frequency may be increased as appropriate. This method must be performed by a professional doctor.

(2) Western medicine: Apply penciclovir cream or acyclovir cream to herpes. Do it several times a day without interruption until the herpes disappears; do not squeeze the herpes, as the fluid inside contains viruses and can be contagious.

Note: Similar to acupuncture and external ointment.

Method 2: Conventional medical treatment (slow effect)

(1) Take several doses of Chinese medicine. The length of the medication period depends on the condition, starting from two weeks. In severe cases, the duration can be extended indefinitely. Take one dose daily, decoct and drink twice a day, morning and evening, without interruption.
