3. Having infectious diseases: If you have infectious diseases such as syphilis and AIDS, you cannot donate blood because these diseases are contagious.

4. People whose weight does not meet the standard: There are certain regulations for blood donation. People who do not meet the standard weight are not allowed to donate blood. Generally, men weighing less than 50 kilograms and women weighing less than 45 kilograms are not allowed to donate blood.

After donating blood, your body will be relatively weak. You should pay more attention to rest, avoid strenuous exercise, ensure adequate sleep, and do not stay up late.
