It occurs in the small bronchi and often appears in the late stage of inspiration. It is common in bronchiolitis, bronchopneumonia, pulmonary congestion and pulmonary infarction. 4. Crepitus: It is a very fine and uniform wet rales. It is caused by the adhesion and closure of the bronchioles and alveolar walls due to the presence of secretions. When inhaling, the airflow opens and re-inflates them, producing a high-pitched, high-frequency, fine explosive sound. It is common in bronchiolitis and alveolar inflammation or congestion, such as pulmonary congestion, early pneumonia, alveolitis, etc. Things to note in daily life: 1. Avoid spicy, hot, fried, or hot foods, such as peppers, ginger, fried dough sticks, sesame cakes, biscuits, instant noodles, etc. 2. Do not eat partial food, and have a diversified diet.
