Seven painless cancer symptoms

Painless hematuria : Hematuria without abdominal pain is an early symptom of kidney cancer and bladder cancer. If blood in the urine is accompanied by abdominal pain, it may be urinary stones. Therefore, for the same hematuria, the difference between benign and malignant diseases mainly depends on the presence or absence of abdominal pain.

Painless breast lump : If the lump in the breast is painless, has an uneven surface when touched, has no obvious boundary with the surrounding normal tissue, and has a hard texture, it may indicate breast cancer.

Painless vaginal bleeding : In middle-aged and elderly women, sudden painless contact bleeding may be a symptom of cervical cancer or uterine cancer.

Painless bloody nasal discharge : There are no symptoms such as headache, sore throat and nasal pain, but there are often blood streaks or blood clots in the nasal discharge, indicating the possibility of nasopharyngeal cancer.

Painless skin keratosis : It often occurs on the face and back of the hands. The skin presents a circular rash-like change, which is locally flat or slightly raised, with brown or black scabs attached to the surface, but there is no pain. This is a precancerous manifestation of skin cancer.

Painless lymph node enlargement : If one or more of the lymph nodes in the groin, submandibular, armpits, neck, behind the occipital bone, around the ears, etc. are painless and hard in texture, you should be alert to chronic lymphocytic leukemia or lymphoma.

Painless gastric ulcer: Some elderly people suffering from gastric ulcer have no abdominal pain but suddenly develop black stools. After gastroscopy, it is found that the gastric ulcer has developed into gastric cancer. Therefore, when elderly people have physical examinations, they should try to do gastroscopy or upper gastrointestinal barium contrast radiography. If it is a painless gastric ulcer, early detection and early treatment can avoid cancer.
