Why do babies have eczema on their faces?

When a baby is born, its skin is very delicate and a slight touch will leave marks. Nowadays, eczema is becoming more and more common in babies. Because many parents do not understand the cause of eczema, they regard eczema as a normal phenomenon and do not take it seriously. Eczema, as a skin disease, should be taken seriously by parents rather than allowed to develop. So why do babies get eczema on their faces?

Why do babies have eczema on their faces?

1. Direct cause: The causes of baby eczema are complex, among which allergic factors are the most important. Therefore, babies with a family history of allergic constitution (such as father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, grandfather, grandmother, brothers and sisters and other family members have eczema, allergic rhinitis, allergic dermatitis, allergic conjunctivitis, asthma, food allergies and drug allergies, etc.) are prone to eczema.

2. Triggering factors: For babies with eczema, many substances can trigger or aggravate the symptoms of eczema, such as protein in food, especially fish, shrimp, eggs and milk, contact with chemicals (skin care products, toiletries, detergents, etc.), wool products, chemical fiber products, plants (various plant pollens), animal leather and feathers, infection (viral infection, bacterial infection, etc.), sunlight exposure, high ambient temperature or wearing too warm or cold clothes.

Etc., can stimulate the baby's eczema to recur or worsen.

3. Internal factors: There are also internal factors that make babies prone to eczema. This is because the baby's skin stratum corneum is relatively thin, the capillary network is rich, and the endothelium contains more water and chloride, which makes it more sensitive to various stimuli, so it is easy to develop eczema.

What to do if baby has eczema on face

If a baby has eczema on his face, you can scrub it with honeysuckle water, then apply Yumeijing, and use Fule Cream locally. If the area is serious, add Eloson. The eyebrows are close to the eyes, so do not use drugs containing hormones as they are prone to glaucoma. You can apply it 5-6 times a day. You can apply some comfrey oil on your head frequently. After washing with honeysuckle water every day, apply medicine to the serious areas and then apply comfrey oil. It will be healed after a while. It is also beneficial to take some probiotics; the bathing temperature should not be too high and the time should not exceed 5 minutes. If you wash with hot water for a long time, eczema will be particularly severe.

Washing your face with honeysuckle water is very effective in reducing rashes. Regularly washing your face with this method can also prevent facial eczema. It has few side effects and is a good way to prevent and treat eczema.

Mothers need to be reminded that eczema will recur. It may improve in the early stages of medication, but it will relapse soon. Long-term medication is not recommended, otherwise the baby's skin will become hormone-dependent.
